COMMERCIAL BUILDING
A commercial building is a building that is used for commercial use. Types can include office buildings, warehouses, or retail (i.e.convenience stores, 'big box' stores, shopping malls, etc.). In urban locations, a commercial building often combines functions, such as anoffice on levels 2-10, with retail on floor. Local authorities commonly maintain strict regulations on commercial zoning, and have the authority to designate any zoned area as such. A business must be located in a commercial area or area zoned at least partially for commerce.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
Residential buildings are called houses/homes, though buildings containing large numbers of separate dwelling units are often called apartment buildings or apartment blocks to differentiate them from the more 'individual' house. Building types may range from one-room wood-framed, masonry, or adobe dwellings to multi-million dollar high-rise buildings able to house thousands of people. Increasing settlement density in buildings (and closer distances between buildings) is usually a response to high ground prices resulting from many people wanting to live close to work or similar attractors.
Multi-storey
A multi-storey building is a building that has multiple floors above ground in the building. Multi-storey buildings aim to increase the area of the building without increasing the area of the land the building is built on, hence saving land and, in most cases, money (depending on material used and land prices in the area).

ROAD WORK
Road construction is perhaps one of man’s earliest forms of construction. Roads are defined as routes or paths that begin at one destination and lead to another. The modern day road is defined as a paved or easily accessible path, made so by the use of modern day road construction equipment such ashydraulic excavators, motor graders, asphalt pavers, wheel loaders and vibratory compactors.
Roads that lead into cities and towns can also be referred to as streets, avenues, boulevards, and more. Any route that has a navigable destination can be referred to as a road, including those that are unpaved or dirt.

PILE WORK
A foundation is the lowest and supporting layer of a structure.

PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS COMPONENTS
In structural engineering, a pre-engineered building (PEB) is designed by a manufacturer to be fabricated using a pre-determined inventory of raw materials and manufacturing methods that can efficiently satisfy a wide range of structural and aesthetic design requirements. Within some geographic industry sectors these buildings are also called Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) or, as is becoming increasingly common due to the reduced amount of pre-engineering involved in custom computer aided designs, simply, Engineered Metal Buildings (EMB).
A Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) is a steel shell utilizing three distinct product categories:

Built-up "I" shaped primary structural framing members (columns and rafters).
Cold-formed "Z" and "C" shaped secondary structural members (roof purlins, eave struts and wall girts).
Roll formed profiled sheeting (roof an wall panels).
